TTP Growth Operator:
Member & Sponsor Growth Lead

The Token Playbook needs an operator who can drive membership and sponsorship growth without needing a manager in the loop. Commission-first, real upside, and a short assessment before we schedule a call.

Why this role exists

TTP is a strong product in a market that's moving fast. The platform has the content, the tools, and the audience. What it needs is someone who can close the gap between what exists and what's being paid for. That's the job.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Drive member acquisition through outbound, partnerships, and conversion improvement
• Pitch and close registry sponsors at the $1K/mo tier and sell paid jobs board listings
• Build AI-assisted prospecting and outreach workflows using Claude, coding agents, or similar tools
• Write and test copy across the site, signup flow, and email sequences
• Own pipeline hygiene, reporting, and follow-up cadence
• Build onboarding and renewal sequences for members and sponsors
• Turn growth tasks into systems that can run without you in every step

Requirements

What we need

• Fluent enough in RWA and securities tokenization to speak credibly with practitioners and sponsors
• Genuine AI fluency — actually building and running workflows, not just naming tools
• Real sales instinct: qualify, frame value, ask for money, follow up with a system
• Some mix of: fintech/capital markets B2B sales, newsletter or community growth, marketplace BD, or startup operator experience where you owned a number

Before we schedule a call,
there's a short assessment.

It's not a trivia test. It screens for how you actually think: how you'd qualify a sponsor prospect, how you'd build an outreach workflow with AI, how you'd handle a warm lead who's gone quiet.

Takes about 20 minutes. We use it to identify serious candidates before we spend either of our time on a call.
