Founder & CEODave Hendricks has been building digital asset infrastructure since 2017. As CEO of Vertalo, he led the development of one of the first SEC-compliant tokenized securities platforms, processing 300,000+ securities lots for 100+ issuers across Reg D, Reg A+, Reg S, and Regulation CF.
Before Vertalo, Dave spent 20 years in enterprise technology — leading product, sales, and marketing organizations at companies including LiveRamp, Acxiom, and Digital River. He holds a BS in Computer Science and has been a repeat startup founder.
The Token Playbook is his answer to a market need he kept running into: practitioners needed a single, authoritative, practitioner-written resource on tokenization — not another conference panel summary or vendor whitepaper. He wrote the book he wished had existed in 2017.
