Acceptable Use Policy

1. One Account Per Subscriber

Each subscription is for a single named individual. You may not share your account credentials or provide access to your account to any third party, including colleagues, associates, or anyone else. Each person who wishes to access The Token Playbook must have their own active subscription.

2. No Password or Credential Sharing

Sharing your magic-link sign-in emails, session tokens, or any other authentication credentials is strictly prohibited. This includes forwarding sign-in links to others, embedding credentials in shared tools, or otherwise allowing unauthorised parties to authenticate as you.

3. No Automated Access, Bots, or Scrapers

You may not use bots, scripts, crawlers, AI agents, browser automation, headless browsers, or any other automated means to access, navigate, or extract content from The Token Playbook. This applies regardless of whether the automated tool is acting on your behalf or is operated by a third party.

Prohibited automated activities include but are not limited to:

• Using AI agents or LLM-connected tools to systematically fetch subscriber content
• Running scripts to bulk-download pages, PDFs, or data exports
• Using headless browsers or Playwright/Puppeteer to scrape gated content
• Integrating TTP content into third-party aggregation pipelines without written permission

4. No Concurrent Sessions from Multiple Devices or Locations

Your subscription authorises one active session at a time. Simultaneous sign-ins from multiple devices or IP addresses is not permitted. Our systems automatically enforce single-session access and will revoke older sessions when a new sign-in is detected.

5. No Systematic Content Extraction or Bulk Downloading

You may read, reference, and cite Token Playbook content for personal professional use. You may not systematically extract, copy, store, or redistribute content in bulk. This includes:

• Scraping and storing articles, registry data, or research into external databases
• Reproducing substantial portions of subscriber content in newsletters, reports, or other publications
• Reselling, licensing, or sublicensing access to TTP content
• Training AI models on TTP content without explicit written consent

6. Consequences of Violation

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Account verification hold — your account will be flagged and you will be required to verify ownership before regaining access
• Account suspension for repeat or confirmed violations, without refund
• Permanent termination of your subscription
• Legal action for commercial scraping, intellectual property violations, or breach of contract
• Reporting to relevant authorities where applicable

We use technical measures — including honeypot traps, session fingerprinting, and behavioural analysis — to detect violations automatically. Triggering these measures will place your account on a verification hold. Repeat violations will result in immediate account suspension pending review.

7. How to Appeal a Suspension

If your account has been suspended and you believe this was an error, you can appeal by:

• Emailing support@thetokenplaybook.com with your account email and a description of the activity
• Replying directly to the suspension notification email you received

We aim to review appeals within 2 business days. Accounts suspended for confirmed violations will not be reinstated.

8. Permitted Uses

You are permitted to:

• Access and read content through a standard web browser as an individual subscriber
• Use browser bookmarks, reading-list tools, and print-to-PDF for personal reference
• Quote brief excerpts (up to 150 words) with attribution and a link to the original
• Share links to public TTP pages (not gated subscriber content)

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of The Token Playbook after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
